DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS
Delivery is charged at £4.99 on all orders under £50. Delivery on orders over £50 are Free except gift card purchases which will be charged at £4.99 on ALL orders.
Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received, except on weekends and bank holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Orders will be sent by tracked courier delivery.
We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box Address.
We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
Signatures may be required upon deliveries, so please ensure your delivery address is ready to accept deliveries.
All orders are accepted subject to availability of products.
All delivery charges are subject to change.
We hope that you are happy with your order and that your items arrive in good condition. However if you are not completely satisfied you may return the products to us in their original condition for a full refund. Gift Card / E-Vouchers cannot be returned for refund
Cancelling an Order
To cancel a UK Standard order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us on email@example.com or by filling in the contact form on our contact us page.
Please be advised that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.
Defects, incomplete orders, or incorrect delivery
If you are returning the goods owing to defects, incomplete or incorrect delivery we will refund you both the price you paid for your goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) and the recorded delivery costs for the return postage from the original delivery point to us, please enclose a valid till receipt indicating the return postage costs.

We aim to handle your returns within seven working days of receiving the goods. We will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of being informed of your request for a refund.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
